Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using Arbiter Sync, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

What Arbiter Sync Does

Arbiter Sync is a free, local desktop application that:

• Reads your game assignments from Arbiter Sports
• Adds those assignments to your Google Calendar
• Sends day-before confirmation emails to host schools on your behalf

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring your Arbiter Sports and Google account credentials remain secure
• You are responsible for reviewing confirmation emails before or after they are sent
• You agree to use this application only for its intended purpose of managing your officiating schedule
• You agree not to use this application to send unsolicited or harmful emails

No Warranty

Arbiter Sync is provided free of charge, as-is, with no guarantees. We make no warranty that:

• The app will work without interruption or errors
• Game data pulled from Arbiter will always be accurate or complete
• Emails will always be delivered successfully

Always verify your schedule directly in Arbiter Sports for anything time-sensitive.

Limitation of Liability

The developers of Arbiter Sync are not liable for any missed games, misdirected emails, calendar errors, or any other issues arising from use of this application.

Third-Party Services

This app relies on Arbiter Sports and Google services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms:

• Google Terms of Service
• Arbiter Sports Terms of Service

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
