Arbiter Sync Last updated: March 31, 2026
Arbiter Sync is a local desktop application that syncs game assignments from Arbiter Sports to Google Calendar and sends confirmation emails to host schools. All data is stored locally on your own computer and is never transmitted to any third-party server.
Arbiter Sync accesses your Arbiter Sports account to read your game schedule assignments. This is done through an automated browser session stored locally on your machine. No Arbiter credentials are stored by this application — your session is managed by the browser profile saved on your device.
Arbiter Sync requests access to your Google Calendar to create and update game events. Calendar data is written directly from your device to your own Google account and is never seen or stored by anyone else.
Arbiter Sync requests permission to send emails on your behalf. This is used solely to send day-before confirmation emails to host school contacts for your upcoming games. No emails are sent without your knowledge, and you can review and edit every email before it is sent.
All data — including your game schedule, Google tokens, and email logs — is stored locally in the data/ folder on your own computer. Nothing is uploaded to any external server.
We do not collect, share, sell, or transmit any of your personal data. This application runs entirely on your local machine.
